United KingdomThe high chair folds one-handed while holding a baby, wich is the only claim I actually tested in the shop doorway. The dispatch note listed everything w/ the prices,, so checking the order took thirty seconds.
United StatesI asked about the gap width on the stair gate for a narrow hallway and they sent the extension kit free. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest compliment I can pay. The cover unzips and washes at sixty, which with a reflux baby is the only specification that matters. Better than I expected.
Norwaythe high chair has survived an nursery, a grandmother's house and a holiday cottage and still looks new . The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday.
CanadaThe plates have a suction base that holds on a wooden table and releases with a tab rather than a wrench. The packaging was recycled card with papr tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. Thank you.
Pleased the engraving came out right. We always double-check the punctuation. Thanks again, Karl
United StatesSpare parts are available for the pushchair, including the specific wheel bearing that always goes. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. The muslins are a proper double weave and have softened rather than gone thin after fifty washes.
Glad the sizing worked out first time. That is the part we work hardest on. Kind regards, Jess
Türkiyeİki beden sipariş ettim. İade için kağıdı aynı kutuya koymam yetti. Para birkaç günde hesabıma döndü, büyük bedeni sakladım.
SwedenThe ride-on toy fits a standard cot with no gap at the sides, which I measured before and after. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first.
Fudidicik, thank you. Thanks for trusting a shop you had not used before. We do not take that lightly.
Spainthe nappy bag has a wipe-clean lining and a changing mat that fits back in without a fight. Customer service rang me back when they said they woudl, at the time they said they would. The swaddle wrap meets the British safety standard and the certificate number are printed on the label, not just claimed on the website. Five stars without hesitation!!
United KingdomBlocks are heavy enough to stack properly rather than skittering off each other. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold.
United KingdomOkay but smaller than expected.
