Sterilising bags for the miccrowave. Work as claimed, bottles come ouut sanitised and dry. i'd love a larger size, my bigger bottles barely squeeze in.

United StatesThis is how it should be done
they replaaced a cracked tray without asking for the receipt because the moulding was clearly at fault. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of, and hit it. This is how it should be done.

Brazilquality dipped slightly
reasonable price, flimsy padding. The invpice was a photograph of a printed receipt rather than a document. The steriliser works and the lid is hot enough afterwards to need a cloth.

Sorry about the oversized box. We have added two smaller box sizes since you ordered. - Nina (support)

GermanyI will be back
Nothing has broken. I had an query abt VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. Blocks are heavy enough to stack properly rather than skittering off each other. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. The wooden stacking block set came with the fixing kit, the instructions in English and a diagram that matched the product. I will be back. .

IndiaWorth every penny
The swaddles have a proper hip-friendly cut and do not need folding into origami. Support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday. Worth every penny.

United Kingdomthe lightweight pushchair fits a standard cot…
The lightweight pushchair fits a standard cot with no gap at the sides, which I measured before and after. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. The nappy bag has a wipe-clean lining and a changing mat that fits back in without a fight. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking. The night light is genuinely dim at its lowest setting and holds that setting overnight. Shall be a regular.

United StatesGenuinely pleased!!!
Support ANSWERED a question about washing a flame-retardant-free mattress at ten at night. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediatly. the high chair is solid wood with a water-based finish, and the edges are properly rounded rather than sanded once. genuinely pleased.

United Arab EmiratesThe returns window is sixty…
The ride-on has no batteries, no noise & no flashing lights, which is exactly why I chose it. The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday.

The night light is genuinely dim at its lowest setting and holds that setting overnight. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 10. No notes.
