They have added features in response to our requests twice, and told us no, with an reason, three times. When thier platform haad an outage they posted a status update within minutes and a full write-up in 6. Contract was two pages, plain English, with a thirty-day notice period and no auto-renewal trap. Long may it continue.

Billing is a single invoice with the line items matching the contract, which sounds trivial & is not. We moved three thousand URLs and lost four per cent of traffic for 3 before it recovered above where it started. I would buy this again at twice the price.
