I have put the ballet flats through a building site for a year and the toe cap is unmarked. I asked a slightly stupid question and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copy-and-paste. The ballet flats arrived within 4 and both shoes were identical in colour, which is not a given w/ leather. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. The canvas trainers are light enough for a long day and substantial enough for rough ground. Faultless.

They give the fit in both UK and continental sizes and state which last the shoe is built on. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. I have no criticism at all.

painful

Gave me blisters on both heels within an hour. The inside seams are rough. The refund process were fine, but I had to ask twice and the days between messages were long. Not what I expected for shoes mraketed as comfort.

The sizing is honest: I am a forty-two in most things and a forty-two here. The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday.

The wool slippers arrived in a proper box with shoe trees and a dust bag, which at this price I did not expect. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. The leather ankle boots are light enough for a long day and substantial enough for rough ground. The whole thing were straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not.

so-so

Plastic smell, rubber like a toy. Cheap but wearable.

You are right that the assembly needs two people. The listing has been corrected. Josh, customer care

hoge verzendkosten

Over het artikel zelf geen klachten, maar de verzendkosten zijn bijna een derde van het bedrag.

Thank you for the honest review. You are right that the delivery estimate was optimistic, and we have changed it on the site to reflect what actually happens. Regards, Beth

Nice boots, heavy.

Dear Derek, You are right that the stock number was wrong. The feed from our warehouse now updates every fifteen minutes rather than overnight. Thanks again, Tom

Happy

Pair of sandals; strap fixed with a bit of glue where it was lifting.

My go-to

Fourth pair of these canvas sneakers, bought in colours my wife likes better than mine.
