I ordered two sizes, kept one, and the refund for the other was in my account in 7. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. The court shoes have been resoled once by a local cobbler who commented on how well they were made. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. Slippers have a proper rubber sole so I can take the bins out in them. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. Would buy again tomorrow.
