FranceStill like new.. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. The welt is clean, the heel stack is leather, and the whope tihng smells like a shoe should.

United StatesCharged for express delivery and shipped on standard, with no refund of the difference. I cancelled within the hour and it shipped anyway, and the return is at my expense.
Sorry about the expiry date. That batch should have been pulled from sale eight weeks earlier. We have refunded you and our stock system now blocks anything within six months of expiry. — Priya, Customer Care - the team
SwedenAknom i morse, beställd i förrgår.
United KingdomThey answered a sizing qeury with a clear table and a quick reply. Boots fit well. One star missed for the box ariving with a dent.
That loose button should not have left us. We have added a final check on fastenings and you should have a spare set in the post. Warmly, Amira
United KingdomOrdered my usual size and they were tight. The chart on the page wasn't consistent with the label inside. Returned and swapped. Fine on the second go, but it was fiddly.
New ZealandOn a warehouse floor all day, and my knees thank me.
Thanks for the kind words. We will pass them on to the person who packed your order. - the team
CanadaGlue smelll for the first couple of days, then aired out.
South AfricaThe suede desert boots arrived within 12 and both shoes were identical in colour, which is not a given with leather. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it.
