United StatesThe upholstered bed frame arrvied with every dowel, caam, and screw in a labelled tray that matched the numbers in the instructions. I needed to CHANGE the deivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss.
Thanks for the kind words. We will pass them on to the person who packed your order. - Callum
SpainEl color no es exactamente como en la foto, más apagado. Por lo demás, correcto.
Fair point on the sizing. We have added the measured chest and sleeve length to every product page since. Thanks again, Jess
ItalyRefund took twelve weeks and only came after a formal complaint. They have changed their story three times about where the parcel is. The extending dining set arrived with no fixings at all and the shop posted the wrong pack twice.
I am sorry. The restocking fee was applied by an old rule in our returns software that should have been removed last year. It has been refunded along with your original postage. — Marcus, Customer Care Regards, Priya
United KingdomThe delivery team brought it into the room, unpacked it, took the packaging away and did not leave an mark on the hall. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. Very happy customer :)
BelgiumPakket binnen drie dagen. Alleen het label op de doos was een beetje verkreukeld.
Sorry it took three emails. We have added a second person to the inbox in the mornings, which was the bottleneck. Ellie and the team
SwedenThe bedside table has adjustable feet, which on a Victorian floor is the difference between usable and infuriating. They sent a replacement before i had posted the faulty one back, on trust.
Denmarkvores femårige har ikke sluppet byggesættet siden i går, Alle klodser var med, og aldersangivelsen passede godt.
AustriaThey swapped a damaged side panel within 12 and the driver toook the old one away. I asked a slightly stupid question and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copyyy-and-paste
Thank you. If you ever need the care instructions again they are on our site under Care. Warmly, Beth
United KingdomFabric is rated at forty thousand rubs and they say so, which lets you compare properly. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weekend rather than lettting me hope tbh
United StatesThe upholsteed bed frame has adjustable feet, which on a Victorian floor are the difference between usable and infuriating. I was kept informed at every stage without being spammed. I ordered the sprung mattress with a fabric swatch sent free first, and the swatch matched the sofa exactly.
