SingaporeThe wardrobe doors would not align however much I adjusted the hinges, and the paint on the inside of one door was already peeling. It looked tired on arrival. I wrote asking for a swap and they offered a small discount instead. I kept it but I feel it was a poor compromise.
Germanythe wardrobe rail is a steel tube with a centre support rather than a thin aluminium one that bows. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happemed before.
Italythe nest of coffee tables arrived with every dowel, cam and screw in a labelled tray that matched the numbers in the instructions. i had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. Delivery was booked for a two-hour window and they arrived within it, having texted that morning. i returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. Fabric is rated at forty thousand rubs and they say so, which lets you compare properly. They noticed i had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. Recommended to two friends already.
United StatesThey gave me the actual lead time, eleven weeks, up front, and delivered in ten. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest compliment I can pay.
Thanks very much. We will let the workshop know. Regards, Sophie
MalaysiaI ordered the office chair with a fabric swatch sent free first, and the swatch matched the sofa exactly. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. The oak dining table is heavy enough that it does not shift when you lean on it, which cheap versions always do.
CzechiaBatoh na začátek školního roku. Dcera nadšená, po měsíci nošení nic nepovolilo.
We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it. Karl
United Statestheeee table etxends with a butterfly leaf that stores inside, and it sits flush when closed . packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight off stairs. assembly instructions warned me to leave 14 for the foam to recover its shape, and it did. no plastic anywhere in the prcel, wich i had asked about before ordering. no notes.
BrazilFinalmente uma panela que não gruda. Esquenta por igual e os cabos não queimam a mão. A caixa veio reforçada. Já encomendei outro jogo pra minha mãe.
United StatesCushion covers unzip and have been washed twice with no shrinkage or colour loss. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. The sofa frame is kiln-dried hardwood with a fifteen-year guarantee stated on the invoice. Faultless.
SwitzerlandI measured the alcove at ninety-four centimetres and the office chair is ninety-three, exactly as stated. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would. NOTHING to complain about. .
