home24 sells tables, chairs and storage.
MexicoThe office chair has a repairable mechanism and they sell the gas lift as a spare part. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. The table extends with a butterfly leaf that stores inside, and it sits flush when closed. Better than I expected.
Brazilsupport sent extra felt pads and a touch-up pen without being asked. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. The finish on the bedside table is an oil rather than a lacquer, so the mug ring my son left sanded out in five minutes. No notes.
PolandRęczniki grube, miękkie i szybko schna.
United KingdomThe armchair has survived two house moves and a set of teenagers. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. They swapped a damaged side panel within 12 and the driver took the old one away.
Great to hear it suits your setup. Shout if you want a second one matched to it. The team
PolandThe chrst of drawers took forty minutes to assemble alone and every hole lined up on the first try. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. Hinges are proper concealed ones that adjust in three planes, so the doors line up perfectly. No handling fee,no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a weeek. Thank you.
United KingdomThe shoe storage bench is a good size and the instructions had a diagram printed the wrong way round. Returns are free but only to a drop-off point six miles awaay. The bookcase is sturdy and the shelves bow slightly at the centre with heavy books. I will probably reorder.
South AfricaThe chair adjusts in five directions and the lumbar support moves up and down, not just in and out. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 7. The bookcase has a repairable mechaaaanism and they sell the gas lift as a spare part. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. I asked whether the upholstered bed frame would come up a narrow Victorian staircase and they sent the packed dimensions for each box.
Delighted this has held up. Do get in touch if it ever needs a spare part. Thanks again, Fran
United StatesThe wardrobe rail is a steel tube with a centre support rather than a thin aluminium one that bows. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling.
United Kingdomthe mattress has a proper sewn border rather than a glued one, and the edge has not collapsed. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, wich has never happened before. They gave me the actual lead time, eleven weeks, up front, and delivered in ten. Better than I expected.
Thanks for trusting a shop you had not used before. We do not take that lightly. Best wishes, Sam
TürkiyeDrawers run on proper soft-close runners and the backs are jointed rather than stapled. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would. The sprung mattress is heavy enough that it does not shift, when you lean on it, which cheap versions aways do. Genuinely plsd.
