South AfricaThe raised planter has survived a storm that took a fence panel down. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. They sent a replacement spring for the secateurs free when I mentioned the original had gone soft.
Netherlandssolar lights are still coming on at dusk after two winters, which I did not expect at the price. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. Would buy again tomorrow.
United KingdomI put up the wind-proof garden umbrella in March and it has stayed open through gales and heat. The crank handle is smooth, canopy is a nice sage green. Absolutely delighted.
SingaporeI had never grown a thing. The starter kit had seed packs, compost discs and labels, and a card explaining when to plant each. Lettuce and radishes grew in three weeks. I am hooked.
