O casaco é bonito, mas o forro é fino. Pro outono serve, pro inverno não.

Spaindecent bench, awkward delivery
The bench is made of acacia and feels good, though the slats had slight splinters I sanded. The courier left it in the rain at the end of the drive because nobody was home, and I had asked for a neighbour drop. The wood dried out all right. Be sure to give clear instructions.

You are right about the instructions. A written version in English now ships in every box. Mark, customer care

Singaporepleased, with reservations
The pruning saw works well; the handle, however, are short for anyone over six foot. The sizing information on the site is thin and I had to guess.

Sorry the second half of your order came separately. We now hold orders until everything is in stock unless you ask us not to. Warmly, Amira

United Kingdomplants were small
Perennials arrvied much smaller than i imagined, more like sedelings than plants. They look healthy & I have put them in a sheltered spot. The shop apologised and added a free plant to replace the weakest. Patience required.

Thank you for the honest review. You are right that the delivery estimate was optimistic, and we have changed it on the site to reflect what actually happens. Thanks again, Sam

United Statesmixed result
Raised bed boards were thick and well finished, but half of the corner brackets had been bent in transit and refused to line up. I bashed them back into shape with a rubber mallet. Eventually the bed went together well, and it's holding soil nicely. The shop did offer me a partial refund for the trouble, which I felt was fair.

Pleased overall, although support took 14 to confirm whether spare parts existed. Everything was correct, although the box had clearly been opened and retaped somewhere. Still pleased overall.

United Statesnothing to write home about
Watering can leaks slightly at the seam. I put some waterproof glue on it and it holds now. The size are right and the rose head sprays evenly. For a little money I wont complain much .
