good start, slow finish

Happy with it, but delivery took 3 and the pallet was left at the end of the drive. It all worked out, but the stock level on the site said eleven and the item was actually back-orderd. No complaints about quality, although one of the eight bolts was missing from the pack. Tracking said out for delivery for two days running before anything appeared. Good, not great.

Thanks for telling us about the smell on arrival. That finish has been changed and the new stock does not have it. Regards, Ravi

useful compost tumbler

It's a double chamber tumbler on a steel frame. Easy to turn and drains well. The lid latch is a bit tight but loosens in a week. Compost was ready in ten weeks. Good first-time purchase!

The telescopic pruner is sturdy and the fixings supplied are not stainless, so there is already a rust mark. I had to chase the dispatch twice before it moved. Sturdy frame, thin cushions. The item was fine; the marketing emails started immediately and the unsubscribe took two attempts. Support were polite but it took three emails to get a straight answer.

solid hammock stand

steel stand with powder coat finish. Took two of us thirty minutes to put together. The hammock itself is thinner than I expected but dries quickly. My dad uses it for napping every Sunday afternoon & no complaints. Delivered to the door in a long box.

Fin kontorstol

behagelig at sidde i, men samlingen var lidt bøvlet, fordi en skrue manglede. fik en ny sendt inden for tre dage.

good purchase, slow shipping

Garden kneeler pad is thick, waterproof and has handles. Took nine days to arrive, which was more than quoted, but support explained they were short of stock. Happy now.

The stainfewer steel trowel does the job and the spray nozzle clogs if you do not strain the mix. The parcel was left at a collection point without anyone asking me first. Solid rather than special.

Sorry the postage felt steep. We have introduced a lower free-delivery threshold as of this month. Ollie @ support

nice gazebo, one rusty bolt

Gazebo was perfect for our garden party, the canopy kept rain off, and the frame felt solid. One bolt had surface rust on arrival. I swapped it for a new one from my toolbox and sprayed the others with rust inhibitor. A little disappointing at this price but support apologised.

decent mower

Cordless mower with a 40 cm deck handles my medium lawn on one charge. A bit noisy, and the grass box is awkward to clip back on. Otherwise a good machine for the money.

We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it. Anna
