good start, slow finish

Happy with it, but delivery took 3 and the pallet was left at the end of the drive. It all worked out, but the stock level on the site said eleven and the item was actually back-orderd. No complaints about quality, although one of the eight bolts was missing from the pack. Tracking said out for delivery for two days running before anything appeared. Good, not great.

↳ Reply from Intratuin

Thanks for telling us about the smell on arrival. That finish has been changed and the new stock does not have it. Regards, Ravi

useful compost tumbler

It's a double chamber tumbler on a steel frame. Easy to turn and drains well. The lid latch is a bit tight but loosens in a week. Compost was ready in ten weeks. Good first-time purchase!

let down

Seedlings were all dead on arrival and the packaging was soaked through. I took photos on the doorstep. A reply came after five days offering a voucher rather than a refund. I wanted a replacement or my money back, not credit.

I apologise for the silence. We lost a week of tickets during a help desk migration, yours among them. Your refund is paid and we have a daily reconciliation now so nothing can disappear again. — Owen, Support Lead - Tom

The telescopic pruner is sturdy and the fixings…

The telescopic pruner is sturdy and the fixings supplied are not stainless, so there is already a rust mark. I had to chase the dispatch twice before it moved. Sturdy frame, thin cushions. The item was fine; the marketing emails started immediately and the unsubscribe took two attempts. Support were polite but it took three emails to get a straight answer.

Fiquei na dúvida

O casaco é bonito, mas o forro é fino. Pro outono serve, pro inverno não.

Thank you for noting the pilling. We have moved that line to a longer staple yarn. Warmly, Beth

decent bench, awkward delivery

The bench is made of acacia and feels good, though the slats had slight splinters I sanded. The courier left it in the rain at the end of the drive because nobody was home, and I had asked for a neighbour drop. The wood dried out all right. Be sure to give clear instructions.

↳ Reply from Intratuin

You are right about the instructions. A written version in English now ships in every box. Mark, customer care

solid hammock stand

steel stand with powder coat finish. Took two of us thirty minutes to put together. The hammock itself is thinner than I expected but dries quickly. My dad uses it for napping every Sunday afternoon & no complaints. Delivered to the door in a long box.

a lovely little greenhouse

Lean-to model against a south wall. My tomateos have never had it so good. Polycarbonate panels came wrapped carefully with film on both sides.

fine mesh, no slugs

Netting for my brassicas, finely woven but not stiff.. Pegged it with hoops last April & the cabbage whites left it alone
