They sized the helmet by actual head circumference and it fits without the pads shifting on a descent. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. I have no criticism at all.

Irelandi asked about the fit for a wide forefoot and they named the two models that suit it and told me to avoid a third they sell. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest compliment I can pay. Dry feet, happy walk. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering. The head torch has a genuine red mode that does not flash white first and ruin your nihgt vision.
