IndiaI've done a few hundred kilometres in these cycling shoes. The sole is stiff and efficient, and the straps stay done up. They run narrow, so people with wide feet might struggle. The heel started to wear a little early, and the shop said that was normal so I'll accept it.
FinlandAfter a long break because of illness I wanted to run again, gently. I ordered a pair of cushioned shoes, a lightweight jacket and a simple watch. The shop's message after dispatch included a short note about building up distance slowly, which I appreciated. The shoes are soft and stable, and the jacket packs into a pocket. I started with five minutes of jogging and now manage forty minutes. It's hard to review sportswear without sounding dramatic, but getting kit that felt kind to my body helped me keep going and that matters more than the stars.
Thank you Aino. Thank you. We would rather talk someone out of the wrong product than process a return. - Maya (support)
United KingdomI have put the merino base layer through a season of club training and the stitching at the stress points has not moved. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would.
United StatesBoxing bag arrived with a chain and a sturdy mount. I hung it in the garage and it hasn't budged, even with heavy hooks. Filling was even, no hard lumps.
PhilippinesThe cooler bag kept sandwiches and drinks cold for a whole day on the boat, with only a couple of ice packs. Zip is robust and the shoulder strap isn't annoying.
Pleased the engraving came out right. We always double-check the punctuation. Nina
NetherlandsBack again for another pair.
BrazilInflatable paddleboard with the pump, paddle and bag. Took about eight minutes to inflate and it's stiff as a plank once at pressure. Stable enough for my teenage kids to stand on and hold two adults. The bag has wheels, which I did not know I needed.
United Kingdomsupprot replaced a cracked buckle out of warranty because THEY agreed it should not have cracked. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before. Genuinely pleased.
SingaporeThey publish the actual stack height and drop in millimetres rather than calling it neutral and leaving you to guess.
Thank you for taking the time to write this, it means a lot to a small team. The team
GreeceOur five-a-side team ordered shirts, shorts and a goalkeeper kit with names printed on the back. I expected a hassle with spellings, but the shop sent a proof first, caught that I'd typed one surname with a missing letter and asked me to confirm. Kit arrived nine days later, which was inside the deadline they gave. The fabric is light, wicks sweat and the numbers haven't cracked after a dozen washes. Everyone in the team was happy, the keeper especially, whose gloves are a perfect fit. We will order again for the winter league.
