They have added features in response to our requests twice, and told us no, with a reason, three times. They refused an upsell twice because our volumes did not justify it. The onboarding process has an audit log, so I can see who changed a setting and when. When their platform had an outage they posted a status update within minutes and a full write-up in 8. Escalation went to a named engineer rather than a queue, and the fix shipped the same week. The onboarding process is the only tool in our stack that nobody on the team complains about. Renewed without hesitation. Happy to be a reference.

The migration support has improved a lot in a year and still lacks a simple way to annotate a chart. Onboarding was thorough and the training was a single session with no follow-up material.
