AustraliaPerfectly good, just thinner than the photos imply. Delivery took 4 rather than the two to three days quoted at checkout. The kitchen knife block arrived on time and intact, but the matching item I ordered alongside it was quietly refunded without explanation. Better than most.
United StatesNo complaints about qjality, although the handle gets hot enough to need a cloth despite the claim otherwise. Packaging were fine, just an absurd amount of it for one small thing. pleased with the odrer, although the dishwasher-safe claim applies to the body and not the lid, which I found out the hard way. They cancelled one line of the order with a one-line email and no apology.
Australiadwdent knievw dull by month four.
United StatesBit heavier than expected but nice.
Irelandthe glass kettle is lovely to look at and boils quickly, with a blue light that I enjoy more than I should. The reason for four stars and not five is the delivery. I was told a Wednesday morning slot, nobody came,, and I got a card saying they had tried. I rang the shop, they were apologetic and rebooked for Friday without any argument. The kettle was well wrapped when it finally arrived. It descales easily and the lid is solid. If the delivery had been smoother I would have given five.
AustraliaThe plates stack neatly although they do not sit level in a standard dish rack. Better than most.
Sorry it took three emails. We have added a second person to the inbox in the mornings, which was the bottleneck.
United KingdomPasta pot is thick and the base heats evenly. The glass lid has a vent hole that spits a bit when boiling over. Not a deal beeaker for me.
NetherlandsGood quality, odd smell for the first fortnight that eventually went. Delivery estimate was a four-day window, which is not much help if you have to be in. Slightly smaller than I pictured. The checkout added a handling fee that was not shown on the basket page. Perfectly good, just thinner than the photos imply. The sizing information on the site is thin and I had to guess
Sjoerd, thank you. You are right that the returns window was tight. It is now sixty days. Greg and the team
ItalyTappeto morbido e facile da pulire. Perde qualche pelo i primi giorni.
DenmarkSkoene er flotte, men sålen er lidt hård de første par dage.
