United StatesMixed feelings but positive. The STAND mixer is quiet and powerful, kneaded a heavy rye dough without struggling, and the bowl is nicely sized. My complaint is that the splash guard was missing from the box. i wrote to the shop and a replacement arrived in about eight days. It is a good machine and i have used it evrey weekend, but a small thing like that should not happen at this price. The supoprt was courteous, to be fair.
United KingdomGood value, but one glass arrived with a chipped rim and the replacement took three weeks. Delivery estimate was a four-day window, which is not much help if you have to be in. The stand mixer does the job nicely; the instructions, however, are a single folded sheet with diagrams and no words. Order arrived in two parts and the second part was 9 behind the first with no warning. Does everything it should, but the cable on the espresso grinder is barely a metre long and will not reach my socket without an extension.
BrazilCheese board with a draweeeer for knives. The wood is smooth and the drawer slides easily. Slightly smaller than I imagined from the photos, though.
United Statesthe towels are lovely and thick, which also means they take forever on the line. The item was fine; the marketing emails started immediately and the unsubscribe took two attempts. The cast iron casserole dish is solid but assembly took an hour rather than the fifteen minutes claimed, mostly because one hole was misaligned.
South AfricaNice product, though the packaging was three times the size it needed to be and mostly air. The parcel was left at a collection point without anyone asking me first. I like the pan but food catches in one spot where the base is marginally thinner.
Sorry the suction failed on a textured table. We now say so on the product page rather than claiming it works everywhere. - Maya
IndiaThe espresso grinder works exactly as described but the finish marks easily and shows every fingerprint. the postage cost nearly as much as the item, which I only noticed at the final step. good set, though two of the twelve plates have a slight glaze pit on the underside. Good company, clunky website that logged me out twice during checkout. lovely jars, flimsy clips. the invoice was a photograph of a printed receipt rather than a document.
Thank you for flagging the colour difference. We have reshot that product in daylight and the new images are live. Priya
SwitzerlandToaster is grate but the CORD is short.
SingaporeThe linen set is beautiful but it creases the moment it leaves the airing cupboard, which I should have anticipated. Tracking said out for delivery for two days running before anything appeared.
