let down on delivery and quality

I ordered a dinner set for eight as a wedding gift and needed it by Friday. It arrived the following Wednesday. Three plates were chipped on the rim and two bowls had hairline cracks, which I saw only when I held them to the light. I sent a polite message with pictures. A reply came after four days, offering a partial refund, but I needed the full set. I ended up buying another one in town. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of urgency was painful, and the gift was late.

They charged a delivery surcharge at checkout…

They charged an delivery surcharge at checkout that was not shown on the basket page. Support has not replied to a single message in a month. The cast iron casserole dish has an electrical fault; it trips the kitchen circuit every third or fourth use. Would not recommend.

The kitchen cart arrived with a screw missing and the shelf bowed under a bag of flour. I sent it back and refunded took twelve days. The returns process itself was polite and clear but I'm out of patience.
