IrelandNothing rattled in transit because each item was individually sleeved rather than thrown in loose. The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday. Very happy customer.
SpainThe moka pot is the six cup aluminium kind and it came with a spare gasket, which was a nice surprise. Coffee is hot, rich and a little bit theatrical on the hob.
United Statesthey include a printed sheet on seasoning and care rather than pointing you at a video. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. The duvet cover has proper corner ties and a full-length zip rather than three sad poppers.
Germanyspenr a weekend redoing my whole kitchen on a small budget. ordered cutlery tray, jars, a rolling pin, a colander, two chopping boards, hooks and a spice rack in one go. everything came in two boxes the same day, nothing rattled around loose, and the colander are more solid than the one it replaced. only needed to swap one hook wich was bent and a replacement turned up in the post within a week without me having to argue.
AustraliaGenuinely heirloom quailty.
United Statesdoes exactly what it says.
Dear Tamika, Glad the sizing worked out first time. That is the part we work hardest on. Thanks again, Josh
ItalyHo preso il 41 come sempre e calzano a pennello. Le uso da dieci giorni per andare in ufficio e non mi hanno fatto nemmeno una vescica. Spedizione in tre giorni lavorativi. Ricomprerei subito.
United StatesI am not one for reviews. The butter dish has a clever lid that keeps the butter soft but not runny and it looks pretty. Sorted.
Everything in the parcel was wrapped in brown paper and tied with string, which made me smile. The bread knife saws through crusty sourdough like nothing. Included a tiny leaflet on how to care for the wooden handle.
This is exactly what we hoped you would say about it. Thank you. - Sophie
United StatesA kettle that pours without dribbling.
