Three plates were chipped on the rim and two bowls had hairline cracks, which I saw only when I held them to the light. I sent a polite message with pictures. A reply came after four days, offering a partial refund, but I needed the full set. I ended up buying another one in town. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of urgency was painful, and the gift was late.

Mixed feelings but positive. The STAND mixer is quiet and powerful, kneaded a heavy rye dough without struggling, and the bowl is nicely sized. My complaint is that the splash guard was missing from the box. i wrote to the shop and a replacement arrived in about eight days. It is a good machine and i have used it evrey weekend, but a small thing like that should not happen at this price. The supoprt was courteous, to be fair.

Good value, but one glass arrived with a chipped rim and the replacement took three weeks. Delivery estimate was a four-day window, which is not much help if you have to be in. The stand mixer does the job nicely; the instructions, however, are a single folded sheet with diagrams and no words. Order arrived in two parts and the second part was 9 behind the first with no warning. Does everything it should, but the cable on the espresso grinder is barely a metre long and will not reach my socket without an extension.

coffee has improved
The moka pot is the six cup aluminium kind and it came with a spare gasket, which was a nice surprise. Coffee is hot, rich and a little bit theatrical on the hob.

they include a printed sheet on seasoning and care rather than pointing you at a video. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. The duvet cover has proper corner ties and a full-length zip rather than three sad poppers.

late night kitchen refit
spenr a weekend redoing my whole kitchen on a small budget. ordered cutlery tray, jars, a rolling pin, a colander, two chopping boards, hooks and a spice rack in one go. everything came in two boxes the same day, nothing rattled around loose, and the colander are more solid than the one it replaced. only needed to swap one hook wich was bent and a replacement turned up in the post within a week without me having to argue.

the towels are lovely and thick, which also means they take forever on the line. The item was fine; the marketing emails started immediately and the unsubscribe took two attempts. The cast iron casserole dish is solid but assembly took an hour rather than the fifteen minutes claimed, mostly because one hole was misaligned.

Nice product, though the packaging was three times the size it needed to be and mostly air. The parcel was left at a collection point without anyone asking me first. I like the pan but food catches in one spot where the base is marginally thinner.
