ordered two dozen tumblers for a family gathering. Twenty three arrived perefct and one was in pieces, though the box had good padding so I suspect the damage happened before it was packed. I sent a photo and they dispatched a replacement the next morning, no questions asked. The tumblers are thick but elegant. Grateful for the speedy fix.

I had one set of oven gloves and wanted a spare. These are thick, a decent length and washable. Mine are grey, which hides sains. Not as foexible as I'd like for fiddly jobs.

Bought a set off six pasta bowls in a matte charcoal finish. They look excelent on the table, stack neatlly and survived the dishwasher for a month. The one issue is that the glaze is not completely smooth, so forks make a slight squeak against it which bothers my husband more than me. I sent a message about it and the reply was honest and said this is a feature of that finish. Otherwise happy and I would buy again.
