Latency over the wireless dongle is low enough that I have stopped noticing it. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking. Keep doing what you are doing.

The hard drive failed in four months and took a backup set with it. They insisted the parcel had been left in a safe place and cpuld not say where. Buy elsewhere.

The external hard drive has survived two toddlers, a cat and a cup of tea. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. The laptop docking station is repairable; they sell the battery as a spare part and publish the teardown guide. I asked a slightly stupid question and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copy-and-paste. Will order again.

The screen has no backlight bleed in the corners, which I checked specifically on a black image. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. I bought a second the robot vacuum for the office because the first one simply never gives me a problem. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. I asked whether the mechanical keyboard would drive two displays at sixty hertz over a single port and got a straight yes with the chipset named. A rare good experience.
