The nosie-cancelling headset connected to a nine-year-old laptop with no driver hunt at all. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest compliment I can pay.

United KingdomThank you
They list the actual cell capacity in milliamp hours and the measured output, not just the headline number. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. The mechanical keyboard arrived with firmware already up to date, which saved the usual hour of fighting an app. They sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust. The smart plug set has held its charge at roughly eight hours a day for fourteen months with no measurable drop. I was kept informed at every stage without being spammed. Thank you.

The wireless mouse is good but the charging case does not hold a full extra charge as claimed. The parcel was left at a collection point without anyone asking me first. Pleased overall, though support took four days and three messages to answer a one-line question. Support were polite but it took three emails to get a straight answer . Would buy the next size up lol

Tuve una duda con mi pedido y me contestaron por mensaje el mismo día. Muy amables y se tomaron el tiempo de explicarme. Se agradece que te traten así..

The app works offline, which means the charging cable still does its job when the internet is down. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund landed in 3. They list the actual cell capacity in milliamp hours and the measured output, not just the headline number. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. Very happy custmer.

I ordered the mechanical keyboard for a triip with 4 to spare and it arrived next day without me paying for express. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 12. Support diagnosed a fault by asking for a log file rather than telling me to turn it off and on again.

The soundbar came with a labelled bag of screws and a hex key that actually fits. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. I ordered the portable power bank for a trip with 6 to spare and it arrived next day without me paying for express.

SpainCumple con creces
Las macetas de cerámica son más bonitas en persona. Me llegaron las tres sin un rasguño, con papel y cartón por todas partes. Mis geranios ya están instalados.

United Kingdomfour stars for the postage
Good performance, though the fan is audible in a quiet room. Delivery was quick and the driver did not knock, just left a card. Not perfect, but good.
