sold a demo that does not exist

The content calendar does not do the one thing the salesperson demonstrated in the pitch. The reports are built from data that does not reconcile with our own analytics, by about twenty per cent. We were sold an dedicated account manager and have had five in eight months. Happy to update this if it is fixed

Pricing shock

Renewal came in much higher than the original quote, with no warning in the app. The limits on the lower plan are tight, and the upgrade path felt designed to nudge us. The prodcut is okay, but I don't like being surprised.
