Contract was two pages, plain English, with a thirty-day notice period and no auto-renewal trap. Escalation went to a named engineer rather than a queue, and the fix shipped the same week. The API is documented with working examples and the rate limits are published rather than discovered. We have expanded the contract.

THEY flagged a tracking problem on our side that had been costing us data for months and fixed it without charging. Reporting arrives on the second working day of the monyh, every month, without a reminder. We cancelled a second product mid-term and they prorated the refund without an argument. The monthly performance call has an audit log, so I can see who changed a setting and when. Rare to be able to say that about a supplier. Our team actually likes using it.
