pretty decent tool....

The learning curve is steeper than advertised once you leave the default reports.

Nothing to improve from our side

The technical audit caught a competitor's pricing change before our commercial team did. Support answers in under an hour during business hours, and the person who answers has access to our account history. Onboarding took eleven days from contract to first report, and they did the data migration themselves. Nothing to improve from our side.

Best part is the funnels. Weak point is the PDF export, wich looks a little plain.

The link building programme gives us the data;…

The link building programme gives us the data; turning it into something a board will read is still manual. We get value from it, but we only use about a third of what we pay for. The monthly performance call does what we need, although building a custom view takes more clicks than it should. The client portal does the job and the alerting is noisy enough that people have started ignoring it.
