United KingdomI planned a first solo overnight hike and orderd a tent, a stove and a sleeping pad here. The pad developed a slow leak by morning and I woke up on cold ground. The stove's regulator woudln't hold a flame in eveen slight wind . I wrote to the shop with photos and it took eleven days to get a reply, wich said I should try patching the pad. I'm grateful I was only a short walk from home. For safety gear, this was not good enough, and I'd urge anybody to test things in the garden before trusting them on a trail.

United StatesThe poles are strong and the baskets came loose twice before i glued them. They cancelled one line of the order witth a one-line email and no apology. Pleased with it, although support took 14 to confirm whether a spare part were still available. Fine overall, but I was asked to leave a review three times in 8. Would still buy again.
