zips are chukny & double-ended and they have not jammed once in a winter of use. they honoured a price i had seen the day before even though it had gone up.

worth every penny

Delivery came in a single recyclable bag and the shoes were in their own box, undamaged. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before. Worth every penny.
