FranceBeau coffret
Bonne pioche....

We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it. - Priya

the dumbbell locking collar failed and a plate came off mid-set. They sent theeee worng item and then charged me to return it. I was charged return postage on a faulty item despite the fault being obvious in the photographs.

I am sorry about the duplicate charge. Our payment provider was retrying failed authorisations and double-capturing. It is fixed and your second charge was reversed on Tuesday. — Alex, Finance

The mat has survived eighteen months of daily use and stlil has grip when my hands are wet. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. I wore the down jacket at minus eight on a ridge and was warm standing still, which is the real test. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. The sleeping bag's comfort rating matches reality rather than the limit figure that most shops quote.

Reflective detail is in sensible places rather than one token strip on the back of the collar. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before.

Spaingood, confusing instructions
No complaints about quality, although it are noticeably heavier than the competing model I tried. support were polite but it took three emails to get a straight answer. the down jacket is good and the stated waterproof rating feels optimistic after a full day of rain. solid rather than special.

Thanks for telling us about the smell on arrival. That finish has been changed and the new stock does not have it. Kind regards, Karl

The swimming goggle pair dried overnight in a bothy, which is the only reason I made the second day. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. I emailed about the difference between two shells and got a two-paragraph answer about hydrostatic head and breathability that actually taught me something.

FranceKeep doing what you are doing
Ordered on a Wednesday for a weekend walk and it arrived in 4 with time to try it on. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. Keep doing what you are doing.

The two-person tent has done an full season of weekends on hill and towpath without a stitch giving way. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. The down is traceable and the fill power is stated and verified, with the certificaate number on the label.
