United StatesThe box set arrived w/ all seven spines unbroken and the slipcase undamaged. No plastic anywhere in the parcel which I had asked about before ordering.
We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it. - Joe
United Kingdomthe ink is waterporof once dry, which i tested with an wet thumb on purpose. they sent a replacement before i had posted the faulty one back, on trust. a rare good experince
United StatesNice journal, tight binding.
United KingdomThe ink was fine but tiny bottle and a high price . The postage cost nearly as much as the prodcut.
Thank you Sophie. I am very sorry. Your parcel was scanned at the wrong depot and sat there for a fortnight. A replacement went out today by courier and we have refunded the postage. — Priya, Customer Care Tom @ support
CanadaThey sent a sample sheet of three papers free before I committed to a box of five notebooks. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, which is the highest compliment I can pay. The planner starts on a Monday and the week is on a single spread , which is impossible to find. Can't fault it...
Glad our answer was useful. Ask us anything, even the awkward questions. Thanks again, Callum
United Statesthe pencil case is a single piece of ldather with a stitched gusset and no lining to come looe They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. The nib was tuned before dispatch and wrote perfectly out of the box with no adjustment. The box was the right size for the contents, wich is rarer than it should be.
