Thanks for telling us about the smell on arrival. That finish has been changed and the new stock does not have it. Beth @ support

daughter's first scooter

My five-year-old learned to scoot in one afternoon. Handlebars are the right height, brake is simple and wheels are quiet on the pavement. Delivered with a short assembly guide that made sense.

The swaddles have a proper hip-friednly cut & do not need folding into origami. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping.

The stair gate has survived a nursery, a grandmother's house and a holiday cottage and still looks new. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saved me a trip to a depot. Worth every penny.

Guter Griff.

hand-me-down upgrade

Took the plnge and ordered a new car seat instead of using our friend's hand-me-down, mainly because I worried about its age. The shop's chat helped me pick one suitable for my son's weight and our car. Installing it took some reading, but the belt path markings are clear and it clicks in firmly. He sleeps better in it. Received with all components and the manual in several languages.

the carrier is comfy

Baby carrier distributes the weight well, my back doesn't ache even after an hour off walking. Our newborn insert fit snugly. straps are padded.

Guter Griff.
