South Africanot the best fit
Baby sleeping bag is warm and soft but the neck opening is too wide for my small baby, so it slips. I'm waiting for her to grow. Zip works smoothly though .

The nappy bag has a wipe-clean lining and a changing mat that fits back in without a fight. Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want.

the plates have a suction base that holds on a wooden table and releases with a tab rather than a wrench. They honoured a prie I had seen the day before even thouh it had gone up. I asked about the gap width on the stair gate for a narrow hallway and they sent the extension kit free. Delighted.

The muslin square pack works well; the straps, however, are awkward to adjust once the child is in it. The parcel was left at a collection point without anyone asking me first.

Blocks are heavy enough to stack properly rather than skittering off each other. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box.

The night light is genuinely dim at its lowest setting and holds that setting overnight. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. Spare parts are available for the pushchair, including the specific wheel bearing that always goes. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. The carrier supports a hip-healthy position and they link the actual institute's certification. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope. Better than I expected

the muslin square pack is solid wood w/ a water-based finish, and the edges are properly rounded rather than sanded once. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. Fabric is certified free of harmful substances and the test number is on the swing tag.
