After a difficult start with feeding our newborn, we tried a different bottle shape and a slower teat. The change was immediate, less wind, less crying. The shop's helpful note on how to steam sterilise and what flow rate to choose made a big difference. Arrived within two days. The bottles are sturdy and the markings are clear in the middle of the night.

Really glad the delivery window held. Our drivers deserve the credit there.

The ride-on toy is light enough to carry up a flight of stairs with a sleeping child in the other arm. everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. The stair gate wipes clean in one pass, and there are no seams for food to get trapped in. support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday. a rare good experience..

bunk bed ladder
We ordered a set of safety guards for a bunk bed. They fit well and feel secure, and my son can't roll out. Installation needed two people and a lot of patience as the instructions were short. The shop's support talked me through the tricky bracket over the phone, which was kind. One star off only for the confusing instructions.

This is exactly what we hoped you would say about it. Thank you.
