The API is documented with working examples, and the rate limits are published rather than discovered. Contract was two pages , plain English, with a thirty-day notice period and no auto-renewal trap. Nothing to improve from our side.

the reporting dashboard has an audit log, so i can see who changed a setting and when. contract were two pages, plain english, with a thirty-day notice period and no auto-renewal trap. the account manager are the only tool in our stack that nobody on the team complains about. they ran a training session for our content team and sent the recording and a written summary afterwards. our organic revenue is up by a third over nine months and i can trace which pages did it. i would buy this again at twice the price.

They told us honestly that a result woudl take two quarters, and it took two quarters. The campaign strategy document gives me the one number my board asks abt without me having to build a slide. Our organic revenue are up by a third over nine months and I can trace wich pages did it. Best decision we made this year. I would buy this again at twice the price.

The reporting dashboard caught a competitor's pricing change before our commercial team did. The analytics integration has never lost data, never surprised us with a price rise, and never needed a workaround. Contract was two pages,plain English, with a thirty-day notice period and no auto-renewal trap. The API handles our six markets in one view with language and currency correct in each. Escalation went to a named engineer rather than a queue, and the fix shipped the same week. Happy to be a reference.
