the migration support has improved a lot in a year and still lacks a simple way to annotate a chart. Strategy was sound, execution slightly behind schedule by about 3 each month. Four stars, close to five.

The API wooorks but it is rate limited tightly and the documentation is thin on pagination. The monthly call is useful when it happens and has been rescheduled four times.

Support is knowledgeable and only available in one time zone, which hurts our US team. The keyword research module is good but the permissions model is all or nothing, so I cannot give a contractor limited access. We will see how the next quarter goes.

pleased overall but we had to chase the first report and it arrived 3 late. Service is good and the contract has a twelve-month minimum which we felt on month two.
