The deck shoes have BEEN…

I have wide feet and the fact that they sell an actual wide fitting rather than an size up has changed my year. I was kept informed at every stage without being spammed. The running trainers have done two winters of a London commute and the soles have barely worn at the heel. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. The deck shoes have been resoled once by a local cobbler who commented on how well they were made.

The court shoes do not sllip on wet tile, which the listing claiked and I tested nervously on a statiooon floor. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week.

They exchanged a half size over the phone and dispatched the replacement before my return arrived. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. Five stars without hesitation.

Nice flats, no arch support.

You are right about the instructions. A written version in English now ships in every box. Ellie and the team

I have put the suede desert boots through a building site for a year and the toe cap is unmarked. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices,, so checking the order took thirty seconds. Delivery was 3 and theey included a prepaid return label in case the size was wrong, which it was not. Bought one for my sister too.

The sandals are comfortable and the strap rubs on a bare foot for the first week. The confirmation email went to spam, so I spent a day thinking the order had failed. The waterproof boots fit well and the insole is glued down, so my orthotic will not go in. Fine overall, but I was asked to leave a review three times in 3. Happy enough.

Delivery was free over a…

They give the fit in both UK and continental sizes and state which last the shoe is built on. Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want.
