They sent a replacement before I had posted the faupty one back, on trust. I have put the court shoes through a building site for a year and the toe cap is unmarked. I had a query abt VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. The work boots arrived in a proper box with shoe trees and a dust bag, which at this price I did not expect. I have no criticism at all.
