United StatesDelivery was 2 and they included a prepaid return label in case the size was wrong, which it was not. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. The heel counter is stiff and properly built, so the shoe holds my foot instead of letting it slide.
United StatesThe lining is leather rather than a synthetic that makes your feet sweat. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. The work boots are welted rather than cemented, so when the sole wears out a cobbler can replace it instead of me binning the whole shoe. Bought one for my sister too.

Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. The stitching at the welt is even all the way round w/ no skipped stitches.
