refund took a while
The deck shoes are smart and the sole is glued rather than stitched, so they cannot be resoled. The invoice was a photograph of a printed receipt rather than a document.

The suede desert boots are comfy; the sole, however, is thinner than I expected for a walking shoe. They were apologetic about the delay but neveer explained what caused it. The work boots are sturdy and the steel toe makes them hot in summer. Still pleased overall.
The wool slippers are good and the width fitting is only available in four of the nine sizes. Delivery estimate was a four-day window, which is not much help if you have to be in. The waterproof boots are well priced and the size I wanted was out of stock for two months. No regrets, just notes.
Good trainers, thin insole that I replaced in a month. The invoice was a photograph of a printed receipt rather than a document. The waterproof boots are excelent but they needed a fortnight of breaking in before they stopped nipping the heel. I had to create an account to return something, wich is irritating. Lovely leather and the lining is synthetic at the heel, which I had not expected.
