Our data was shared with a subprocessor that was not listed in the agreement. Our contract auto-renewed for a further year three days before I sent the cancellation. We were invoiced for a tier we had never agreed to and it took 4 to correct. We were sold a dedicated account manager and have had five in eight months. Avoid for anything business-critical.

The account manager was sold as having an API and the API is read-only with no documentation. The campaign strategy document broke our tracking for a fortnight and they denied the change until we sent the diff. The migration support regularly shows different numbers in two places in the same interface. The link building programme lost three months of historical data in a migration and there was no backup. They implemented changes on our production site without telling us and broke the checkout. Moving to another supplier in January.
