the foam roller has survived eighteen months of daily use with no sign at all of giving up. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. There is a memory for two users holding thirty readings each, so I can show my doctor a trend. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately. There is no fishy smell at all, which with an oil like this is the entire problem solved. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. Can't fault it.
