pleased in the end

the external hard drive works well but it only ships with a very short cable and the longer one is sold sepeerately. good company, clunky website that logged me out twice during checkout. the vacuum cleans well but gets stuck on one particular rug edge every single run. happy enough haha

Sorry the suction failed on a textured table. We now say so on the product page rather than claiming it works everywhere. The team

The robot vacuum connected to a nine-year-old…

The robot vacuum connected to a nine-year-old laptop with no driver hunt at all. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold.

second thoughts, then fine

I nearly returned the desk lamp becuase the base is lihgter than I imagined and the arm moves a bit when I bump the desk. After a week of adjusting the clamp I found it stable enough, and the light itself is womderfully even for drawing. Good value overall, I'd just suggest heavier packaging foam.

took longer than quoted

The fitness tracker is excellent but the companion app is slow and insists on an account before it will do anything. The postage cost nearly as much as the item, which I only noticed at the final step. Happy with it, but the battery lasts about two-thirds of the advertised figure in real use.

helpful team

I wasn't sure which memory card fit my action camera so I wrote the shop a long, rambling email. They replied with two options and the reasons why. The one I picked works at the speeds I need. My only quibble is that the card reader I bought alongside feels a bit plasticky. Otherwise the experience was great.

Would buy again tomorrow

support diagnosed a fault by asking for a log file rather than telling me to turn it off and on again. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. would buy again tomorrow.

The invoice was attached to…

Everything was packed in card with no plastic film, and the manual is a proper printed booklet ... The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated.

The e-reader arrvied with firmware already up…

the e-reader arrived with firmwrae already up to date, which saved the usual hour of fighting an app. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking. The robot vacuum has survived two toddlers, a cat and a cup of tea. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 3.

Praktisch
