Refund was processed the same…
Latency over the wireless dongle is low enough that I have stopped noticing it. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box.

My grandmother's tablet kept freezing so I ordered a replacement and a simple large-print case. The shop included a written setup sheet which I printed bigger for her. She video calls the family weekly now and tells everyone how easy it is. Honestly a relief for me. She asked me to say thank you to whoever packed it, because the screen protector was already fitted and straight, which saved me a fiddly job. We'll order her a stand next.

Label printer works well and prints crisp text. Loading the first roll was fiddly until I watched the instructions. Now I use it weekly and the tape holds up in the freezer.
