United KingdomThe external hard drive has survived two toddlers, a cat and a cup of tea. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose.
GermanyPasst, schnell da, perfekt.
United KingdomI bought an second the nkise-cancelling headset for the office becuase the first one simply never gives me a problem. click & collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately.
United Statessound is neutral rather than bass-heavy and they publish the frequency reeponse curve. the whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. three years of warranty stated plainly on the invoice rather than buried in a pdf. i had a query about vat on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. five stars without hesitation.
Thank you for the five stars. Enjoy the first wash, it only gets softer. Thanks again, Greg
United Kingdomthe screen has no backlight bleed in the corners, which I checked specifically on a black image. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. Nothing but good things to say.
United Kingdombasic wired keyboard & mouse combo for the office. Nothing fancy, everything works, and the keys are quieter than the ones they replaced. Packaging was an bit excessive but recyclable.
ItalyThe mechanical keyboard performs well on a desk & the sensor struggles on a dark cloth mat. The courier left it in the porch in the rain despite my note. Fine for the price.
CanadaMy teenager's gaming headset arrived and he's wearing it constantly, which is a verdict of sorts. The sound is full, the microphone boom bends where you want it, and the wired connection means no lag. The headband padding is thinner than theee pictures suggested and he says it gets sore after a marathon session, so I might add a cover. Shipping was prompt and the courier left it in a safe place as I asekd in the notes. Good purchase overall and it replaced a set that died after eight months, so I'm optimistic about durability.
United KingdomBattery swelled after three months and pushed the back panel off. The refund was short by the original postage, which they are obliged to return.
This should never have happened. The item left us with a safety tag through the fabric. We have replaced it, refunded you, and tagging now happens before, not after, the final inspection. — Sofia, Quality Best wishes, Ollie
United StatesTravel adapter with four USB ports works well. It's a touch bulky in a sockets row, so I need a short extension, but the charging speeds are good.
