FranceNever arrived. Money gone.
I am sorry you had to chase this for seven weeks. Your emails were landing in a shared inbox that nobody owned after a staff change. The refund is paid and the inbox now has a named owner. — Marta, Customer Service Lead Callum
PhilippinesAt eighty I decided to fulfil a lifelong wish and buy a small greenhouse for tomatoes. My son helped me choose and made the order, but I phoned the shop myself to ask about base size. The gentleman on the phone spoke slowly, explained everything, and promised to send a diagram. It came by post three days later in a clear envelope. The greenhouse was delivered on a pallet and my son and two grandsons built it in a day. I have sown my first seeds and sit in there with a cushion every morning.
United KingdomBuilt to be repaired.
United StatesSolr lights are still coming on at dusk after two winters, wich i did not expect at the price. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked abouut before ordering.Packaging was card and paper tape only, all of it recyclable, on a large and awkward item. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separatte deliveries over a week.
United StatesThe solar path light set arriver on time and the colour is a greener grey than the listing shows - It all worked out, but the stock level on the site said eleven and the item was actually back-ordered. No rgrets, just notes.
Appreciate the note about the price change. We now honour the price you saw for seven days. Rosie, customer care
United StatesFour years, and still sharp. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. The compost bin is heavy enough not to blow over empty, which sounds obvious and almost never is. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. The sprayer seal has held pressure for two seasons and the spare washers were in the box. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saved me a trip to a depot. I will be back.
United KingdomBroke after one WASH of the hose.
Sorry about the expiry date. That batch should have been pulled from sale eight weeks earlier. We have refunded you and our stock system now blocks anything within six months of expiry. — Priya, Customer Care
United KingdomIt arrived bent in the middle, and the slats were so thin theeee plant tags nearly broke them. I straightened it and tied it to a post. A rose I trained on it has already pulled it over once. Would not buy again.
BrazilVeio rapidinho e bem embalado, igualzinho a FOTO
United KingdomDrip irrigation kit for 20 pots. Pieces snap on without tools and the timer is simple. Two of the emitters clogged during the first week, I rinsed them and it was fine. Plants on the balcony stayed watered while I was away for a week.
