United StatesThe compost bin has a hatch at the base that actually works rather than jamming on the first use. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. Nothing to complain about.
FranceGrass shears w/ a long handle that cut the border without scalping the soil. Edge stayed sharp through a whole summer.
United Arab EmiratesNo WOBBLE at all.
Belgiumwooden half barrel with a drainage hole. A bit rough on the inside, which is ok for planting. I lined it with a bin bag with holes. Looks natural on the patio.
Pleased the engraving came out right. We always double-check the punctuation. The team
United StatesThe raised planter is well made and the finish has already weathered to grey in one season which I gather is normal. Support were polite but it took three emails to get a straight answer. The feeder is well designed and the squirrels got into it within a week regardless. I had to chase the dispatch twice before it moved. Good value fiddly build. Good service once I got through but the phone line was engaged for most of an afternoon.
IrelandMetal, colourful, spins even in a gentle breeze, and the pole sits firmly in the ground. My grandkids stare at it from the window.
NetherlandsGood seed, slow germination in a cold spring. no dispatch email, so the parcel turning up was a surprise :)
IndiaSix concrete stepping stones with a leaf pattern. Heavy, needed a trolley, but laid in a straight line across the lawn in an hour.
Thank you for the review and for the recommendation to your colleagues. Jess, customer care
GermanyZufrieden, Größe etwas knapp.
MalaysiaI had two dumb questions about bulb depth. Both times a friendly person answered and then emailed the same advice in writing. Bulbs came up like a postcard.
