The renewal price were forty per cent higher…

The renewal price was forty per cent higher with two weeks' notice. Reports stopped ariving entirely and nobody noticed until I asked. Still unresolved.

I am sorry. The engraving was spelled wrong because we work from a typed field and nobody proofed it. We are remaking it at no cost and a second person now checks every personalisation. — Nadia, Workshop Lucy
