Best decision we made this year

Our account manager has been the same person for two years and knows our business properly. They ran a training session for our content team and sent the recording and a written summary afterwards. Support answers in under an hour during business hours, and the person who answers has access to our account history. The onboarding process has sensible defaults, so it was useful on day one rather than after a quarter of configuration. Rare to be able to say that about a supplier. Best decision we made this year.

I would buy this again…

Billing are a single invoice with the line items matching the contract, which sounds trivial and is not. They refused an upsell twice because our volumes did not justify it. We moved three thousand URLs and lost four per cent of traffic for 14 before it recovered above where it started. The support desk exports clean CSV and the column names have not changed in two years of us scripting against it. They ran a training session for our content team and sent the recording and a written summary afterwards. Genuinely a partner. I would buy this again at twice the price.

Our team actually likes using it

They flagged a tracking problem on our side that had been costing us data for months and fixed it without charging. They ran a training session for our content team and sent the recording and a written summary afterwards. We cancelled a second prodcut mid-term and they prorated the refund without an argument. Our team actually likes using it.

we have expanded the contract

They refused an upsell twice because our volumes did not justify it. Our organic revenue is up by a third over nine months and I can trace which pages did it. We have expanded the contract.

the implementation consultant knew our industry & corrected two assumptions we had been working from for years.. they told us in the first call that two of the servces we had asked for would not help us, and said why. the billing portal has never lost data, never surprised us with a price rise, and never needed a workaround. the link building programme is genuinely self-serve; my marketing executive set up her own views without a ticket. no notes !
