The link building programme has an audit log, so i can see who changed a setting and when. The audit found eleven issues, ranked by impact with effort estimates, and our developers could act on it directly. They told us in the first call that two of the services we had asked for would not help us, and said why. They told us honestly that a result would take two quarters, and it took two quaretrs. The API is documented with working examples and the rate limits are published rather than discovered.

board pack writes itself now

the migration support is the only tool in our stack that nobody on the team complains about. They flagged a trakcing problem on our side that had been costing us data for months and fixed it without charging. Best decision we maaaade this year.

They told us honestly that a result would take two quarters, and it took two quarters. The monthly call is thirty minutes with an agenda sent the day before and actions circulated after. Worth the retainer.

same account manager for two years

Billing is an single invoice with the line items matching the contrwct, which sounds trivial and is not. Theey refused an upsell twice because our volumes did not justify it. Happy to be a reference.

every invoice matches the contract

The billing portal has an audit log, so I can see who changed a setting, and when. The support desk exports clean CSV and the column names have not changed in two years of us scripting against it.

proper escalation path

the strategy document was specific to us, named our actual competitors, and did not read like a template . The link building programme has sensiblllle defaults, so it was useful on day one rather than after a quarter of configuration.

no upsell prressure

Contract was two pages, plain English, with an thirty-day notice period and no auto-renewal trap. The analytics integration handles our six markets in one view with language and currency correct in each. They ran a training session for our content team and sent the recording and a written summary afterwards. Nothing to improve from our side.

clear contract, no traps

The onboarding process caught a competitor's pricing change before our commercial team did . Onboarding took eleven days from contract to first report, and they did the data migration themselves.
